Job title: Warehouse Section Head

REPORT TO: Supply Chain Manager

WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH: Sales (Local – Export) – Marketing – Finance – Plant – SCM

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

Plan, manage and monitor company Inventory & Distribution activities.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties

Analyze shipment logs

Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.

Track inventory levels

Order new supplies in a timely manner

Constantly work to improve processes

Make suggestions for productivity improvements

Optimize employee workflow

Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs

Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.

Communicate and collaborate with other team members

Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.

Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.

Accountability

10% Department overall performance Reports.

15% Preparation of Annual Warehouse Budget

15% Man Power Productivity (100% OTIF) Operations.

15% Achieve minimum 5% Cost Savings of Annual Budget

15% Continuity of Warehouse section staff Development (2 Training courses a year – 2 workshops a year)

15% Inventory Management: (1) _+ (0.5%) tolerance of inventory accuracy (2) _+ (0.5%) Obsolete

15% Achieve 100% Coverage (0 % OOS)

MINIMUM SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Good computer skills – ERP software experience (Sage – SAP – ORACLE).

Good English & Arabic Language.

Problem solving

Negotiation & Communication skills.

Experience: 5-8 years

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

University degree in Business Administration /Accounting / Information Systems
